The way our credit system works is you can re-download the same clip in the either format (QuickTime or Windows) for up to a year without being charged any additional credits. However, if you select a different resolution, you will be charged again.

My clip was not successfully downloaded and it used my credits. It said it downloaded but the video will not play. Please help! I need this for Sunday's service!
If the downloaded file won't play, it would suggest some format incompatibility. Try opening the file with a different program or downloading a different format (MP4 or WMV). You will NOT be charged for re-downloads of a different format.
