Don’t go in the water.

The peaceful community of Amity island is being terrorized by a man-eating great white shark. There is something in the sea that is attacking swimmers. They can no longer enjoy the sea and the sun as they used to, and the spreading fear is affecting the numbers of tourists that are normally attracted to this island. After many failed attempts to catch the shark with conventional means, sheriff Brody teams with shark expert, Matt Hooper, and shark hunter, Quint, decide to go after the monster shark in an attempt to kill it.
