When his grandmother’s house is taken from her, Happy Gilmore, a failed hockey player, heads out to win money from golf games to help pay for her home. Gilmore’s hidden talent is soon noticed by everyone in the golf industry, and soon he starts to begin feuds with the top players, like champion Shooter McGavin.
